Envisionings 2nd Edition Part 18 | 19

-Moved new "final conversation" scene between Xavier and Scott from 18 to 19 for improved dramatic flow. -Relatedly moved mention of Scott's optic blast depletion to later in Part 19 -and Removed scene of Xavier meeting Leech and Val at door; adjusting preceding text. (Xavier bringing Jean and Hank up to speed in Part 20 now serving same purpose for audience) -Adjusted Danger Control Bay scene
