There were some bigger changes made this time, X-Fans, so I'm listing them in full. Including the scenes they're replacing, where applicable.

Envisionings 2nd Edition Part 12

-Added following scene:

Back at X-Mansion, we now see Rogue filling a bottle at a water refill station.

Ororo (walking up): "I have not known you to be much for water unless you were under the weather."

Her choice of words succeeds in eliciting a smile from the younger woman. "Ah'm fahn. Mostly. .It's just these mutants we've been dealing with." Finishing, Rogue brushes some hair back from her face. "Ah don't it's just, it hasn't felt lahke it usually does after ah've touched someone. Lahk something different lingerin'. . ." Rogue's mouth twists with the complexity of the feeling. "Ah can't say it's really anything," she looks up at Ororo, "ah mean ah don't feel sick." Rogue shrugs, "ah just figured water's good for whatever."

Ororo (indeed): "When in doubt, turn to nature."

-. . while certain clarity may be coming into the eyes of another. . if we could see them: X-Mansion - Ready Room

Scott (attention reverting to screens): "That could be evidential to what I've been suspecting."

Ororo: "Whether that may be, that is not why I shared it with you."

Scott looks at her, picking up on a tone.

Ororo: "If you were not so occupied with what may be amiss elsewhere, you may have noticed yourself how one of your team is feeling abnormal."

When it's clear Scott doesn't have anything to say in answer, Ororo leaves.

Off her departing form, Scott inclines his head thoughtfully.

"Even if they don't watch the news they had to have heard about this at the Center. I wonder if that's going to change anything, tonight?"

Rogue: "Yeah- ah'd lahk to get goin'." Looking towards the door, Rogue just notices someone coming in.

Though Bobby's attention still on her, his following comment causes him to ironically miss it:

"We better go and get Cyclops then. I bet he's still fixated on those after-action reports.

Turning he now sees who's there -within earshot.

Scott draws a breath, though says nothing to that. "Ready to go?"

They proceed out together.

Once in the quieter space of the hall, Scott pauses: "Rogue."

Rogue turns, looking at him.

Bobby's paused too, though off a mild look from Scott excuses himself by way of: "I'll be at the car."

Scott reverts his gaze to Rogue: "It was brought to my attention you've been feeling affects from recent action. You know, if you're having problems I don't expect you to downplay them."

"It isn't lahk that." Rogue shakes her head. "I really don't think it's anything major."

Scott stands assessing her a moment before giving a nod, making a gesture then with his palm that they can proceed. . .

Cut-To Ready Room

As predicted, Scott stands staring intently at the data displayed on the monitors when the door opens, revealing the two younger X-Men.

Bobby: "Hey Cyclops. Are you still coming to the party? If so we should get going."

Rogue: "And we just saw on the news how someone messed up the community garden over there."

Scott doesn't appear to acknowledge their presence until this point.Though after looking at Rogue, he sighs and looks down, as if in an inner debate of where he should spend his time. "Yeah. . I'll meet you at the car."

Bobby leaves but Rogue lingers.

"Found anything?"

"No. . .but there has to be something." He looks back up at the screens, yet the action is coupled with a turn towards the door, as though he's gradually stepping away from the problem; giving the information one last chance to click before committing to a break -or working on it remotely.

"Ah think you're raght."

Her confiding tone surprises him, prompting another look at her.

"It hasn't felt lahke it usually does after I've touched someone. Ah can feel something different lingerin'. . .not from their powers or their heads."

Scott's look turns perplexed.

Rogue looks down: "Ah know. It doesn't make much sense to say." Still from her place in the doorway, Rogue looks towards the monitors. "But there's definitely something different about these ones."

Scott looks back at the screens like maybe some piece of the puzzle is becoming apparent, a just-forming thought spoken aloud under his breath: "Symptoms. . ."

Rogue looks at him, before movement back in the hallway catches her eye; Bobby.

Sensing the potential importance of the problem, Rogue adds to Scott: "Ah can explain to Alex wah you're not there."

Another second, then. . . "No." He briefly rubs at his forehead, "I said I'd be there." and strides past Rogue. "Sorry I kept you both waiting."
